   Proposal Description:
   The goal of this research is to compare variations of cognitive composites in early stages of Alzheimer's disease (AD), to determine which composite is most sensitive to clinical progression in each stage. We will compare composite variations in the different early AD stages as described in the recently updated FDA guidance for industry (February 2018). This research will contribute to the improvement of longitudinal measurement of clinically meaningful changes in early AD, which will eventually advance the selection of appropriate outcome measures for clinical trials targeted at these stages.  Specific objectives:  - To determine which cognitive composite is most sensitive to track clinical progression in different stages of early AD.
